- Big Cottonwood Chalet is a three-story log home used by the owners but available throughout the year. The high season is December 15 through April 15, when the lifts of Brighton and Solitude ski resorts are taking skiers to some of the most epic skiing for beginners through experts alike. April 15 through June 14 sees the snow melting and spring turning to summer. June 15 through August 15 brings the georgeous summer of the Wasatch and with it, wildflowers popping up all over, world-class hiking, mountain biking, and of course frisbee golf at Solitude. August 15 through December brings cooling weather, and until the snow falls, amazing fall colors.
- The Chalet offers amazing mountain views, access to mountain trails, from the front door, and easy access to the resorts of Big Cottonwood Canyon.
- The Chalet has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a great room, entertainment area with built in bar, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of south facing deck to barbeque and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains.
- While guardsman's pass is closed during the winter, as soon as the snow starts to melt in May it's an easy 25 minute drive through incredible mountain scenery to Deer Valley and Park City. The mountain biking and hiking off of guardsman's pass is epic.
